France Schils is a doctoral researcher affiliated with the Department of Translation, Interpreting and Communication at Ghent University. She is a member of the TRACE research group. In 2022, she obtained a Master of Western Literature at KU Leuven. Her research focuses on the (self-)representation and translation practices of French (women) translators during the Interwar period.
